The villa is located 20 km from the biggest city of Crete Heraklion, almost in the middle of the island, where it is easy to plan your daily excursions of exploration.
It offers breathtaking panoramic views of the area, an explosion of blue, and eye pleasure where the sea merges with the sky. Aspalathos Villa is located in Lygaria, which is just outside Agia Pelagia, a famous cosmopolitan village 14 kilometers from Heraklion City. Agia Pelagia used to be a fishing village like most seaside villages in Crete. With time, its privileged location attracted touristic investments that led to its boom two decades ago. Still, it keeps its traditional character, while the natural environment has been unspoiled. Agia Pelagia features two wonderful beaches, Lygaria and Made. They are both sandy, with crystal clear waters and organized.

Things To Know
Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
