Elegant and bright apartment with lake view, a few steps from the center of Bellagio and Villa Serbelloni. The apartment, located on the third floor of a house accessible by stairs, opens onto the living area, consisting of a living room with a dining table, a sofa, an armchair, a television and a terrace, and an independent equipped kitchen with an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a kettle, a juicer, a coffee maker and a toaster. The sleeping area consists of a bedroom with a queen-size bed and a bedroom with two single beds and a balcony overlooking the internal courtyard of the building. A bathroom with a shower completes the layout. At guests’ disposal amenities such as iron, washing machine, wi-fi, air conditioning and heating. Cot and high chair available upon request, at an extra cost of 35€ per stay, per item. *Upon arrival or a few days before arrival it may be required to pay a tourist tax, which varies according to local regulations. To mention some of them, Villa Melzi boasts many works of art and 18 km of paths in its garden, and Villa Serbelloni, today a conference center of the Rockefeller Foundation, features a wonderful garden as well. The old town, with its numerous shops located along narrow streets with steps, passages and arcades, is renowned all over the world and attracts thousands of tourists every year. The territory of Bellagio is vast and varied, you can visit the different lake hamlets such as Borgo di Bellagio, Loppia, San Giovanni and Pescallo, up to the top of Monte San Primo, reachable with a dense network of paths and itineraries for lovers of trekking and nature. Finally, Bellagio is well connected by boat to nearby villages such as Varenna, Lenno, Bellano, Menaggio, Tremezzo and Como. The apartment is 1 hour and 25-minute drive from Orio al Serio Airport.
