Check out this 2BR/2BA end unit in building 2 located on the 6th floor for your next stay in NMB! This spacious condo has the perfect kitchen for entertaining that overlooks the dining and living room areas. The views from the balcony are awesome of the Intracoastal Waterway, the Marina and the North Tower Pool.
The kitchen is fully stocked and is ready for you to cook your favorite meals. New pots and pans have been added in 2023. The Primary bedroom has a king bed with a large en suite bathroom and the 2nd bedroom has 2 queen beds with it’s own private bathroom. The living room area is large and comfortable and all the rooms have flat screen TVs. The bathrooms have been updated with new toilets and showerheads in 2023 as well. The condo has a washer/dryer for your use too.

Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
