Welcome to Hamptons West at the Ritz-Carlton. This three bedroom home in the prestigious Ritz-Carlton building in Lionshead Village has had a full revamp in the bedrooms and ensuites to feature more leisure amenities and new design. Each bedroom has their own ensuite to match with new lighting, vanities and fixtures. Clean and sleek finishes throughout make for easy and luxurious living. The main living area is dynamic between the warm and well appointed kitchen with a breakfast bar with seating for three, to the round dining table with seating for six. Then, the cozy living room with a plump L-shaped couch nestled near the TV and regal fireplace, plus there is a balcony to breathe in the crisp mountain air.

Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
