This two-bedroom apartment comfortably features airconditioning in the living area and accommodates up to five guests, making it ideal for a family getaway. Bedding includes a Queen bed, two singles and a trundle, with spacious bedrooms that open onto private west-facing balconies, letting in plenty of natural light and sea breezes.
The open-plan living and dining area flows seamlessly to an east-facing balcony with ocean glimpses, perfect for your morning coffee or an afternoon drink. The recently refurbished kitchen includes modern appliances: a dishwasher, microwave, and large refrigerator- giving you all the comforts of home. The bathroom features both a gorgeous no-step shower, and washer and dryer are included for your convenience.
Outside, you’ll find everything you need for an active and relaxing holiday: a park, exercise track and beachside cycleway are just across the road. Kingscliff is a beautiful coastal town with many great beaches, creeks, and estuaries to enjoy year-round.
With the gorgeous Cudgen creek boasting a large array of sea life, many locals and visitors enjoy snorkelling through or fishing north of the bridge.
Local events are frequently held on the foreshore including surf competitions, festivals, and fundraisers. Beachside markets are held on the second and fourth Saturday of every month from 8am to 1pm.
Throughout the year dolphins frequent the river mouth, and between April to November the ocean comes alive with spectacular shows from humpback whales making their annual migration.
Kingscliff is the jewel of the Tweed Coast, enjoy the beautiful coastal atmosphere that the town brings, with plenty to see and do in and surrounding the town.
The property is fully self contained, excluding personal items such as soap, toilet paper, laundry powder, etc., which are solely the guests responsibility. Departing guests must leave the property clean and tidy. This includes emptying the rubbish bin, washing and drying all dishes, emptying the dishwasher, emptying and cleaning of the refrigerator, oven/griller and microwave.
We do take a pre-authorisation of a credit card for the security deposit.
