Property Manager is proud to offer the very best holidays on the Tweed Coast and this is one not to be missed. This is one of our very best three bedrooms on the Tweed Coast and the Unique Sub-Penthouse Suite of Cotton Beach with three bedrooms and three bathrooms with a furniture package second to none. Wifi access also included for guests.
Enjoy the east facing views directing over the lap and lagoon pool when you wake up in your romantic master suite with spa bath and television. The living areas also open onto this space to bring the out doors inside. Cooking is a breeze in the gourmet kitchen with gas burner stove to cook for your family while every one relaxes in sight.
Cotton Beach Suite 84 is of the highest quality fit out and with a nice open living plan leading on to the balcony with pool views. The second bedroom is ensuited and third bedroom also has its own bathroom with separate powder room for guests. The access to car park and lift wells are easy and you also have a hinterland back drop from the second and third bedrooms.
The apartment is fully self contained excluding personal items such as soap, toilet paper, laundry powder etc as this is solely guest responsibility. Departing guests must leave the property clean & tidy by emptying the rubbish bin, washing and drying all dishes, emptying the dishwasher, emptying and cleaning of the refrigerator, oven/griller, BBQ & microwave. We do take a pre-authorisation of a credit card for the security deposit.
Property includes free Wifi, Apple TV, Bose sound dock, High def 42 inch TV, blu-ray player, Tv and DVD Player in master and 2nd bedroom, Nespresso machine, onsite gymnasium and steam room, BBQ, eight seat dining table and outdoor lounge on balcony overlooking the gardens and pools.
Cotton Beach is nestled on the beach front position of Casuarina south precinct, you can walk to Cabarita on the beach or cycle path within a few kilometres.
