This is a stunning 5 Bedroom family home with multiple living spaces and an incredible swimming pool. It’s only 200m to the beach and a 5 minute walk to the local restaurants, cafes, shops and Coles supermarket.
As you enter through the front door you are welcomed into the spacious open plan living area containing a fully equipped kitchen and lounge room. This area flows out to the outdoor entertaining area overlooking the generous sized inground swimming pool.
Your kitchen is completely equipped with everything you need to prepare a delicious meal for the whole family including a large island bench with a built-in dishwasher, oven, microwave, stainless steel fridge and a Nespresso compatible coffee pod machine & Milk frother.
Relax on the comfortable lounge suite whilst watching your favourite movies on the Smart TV or play a games night with the family using the board games supplied.
Step out onto the large alfresco area and unwind after a day at the beach whilst watching the kids splash around in the pool or burn some extra energy running around in the well-maintained backyard. Enjoy a BBQ cooked meal under the patio on the 6-seater dining table (with 4 additional chairs supplied), or snuggle up on the cosy lounge setting.
Bedrooms 2 & 3 are conveniently located downstairs with both including a Queen size bed, air-conditioning and built in robe. Bedroom 2 contains an ensuite bathroom.
As you wander upstairs you will be warmly welcomed into the second living area which features a comfortable couch, fee to air TV and a view of the pool from the second story.
You will also find another bathroom on the 2nd floor which includes a large bath, shower, and separate toilet.
A well thought out laundry is located off the deck and equipped with a washing machine, large sink, toilet and shower for you to hose off after a busy day of swimming at the local beaches and pool.

Your master suite is located upstairs featuring a Queen size bed, spacious ensuite with a double shower, built in robe, ceiling fan and air conditioning.

The Gold Coast theme parks are approximately a 60 minute drive North with Byron Bay approximately 40 minutes South and Gold Coast Airport 20 minutes drive. No pets are allowed on premises.
