As you enter through the front door you are welcomed into the spacious open plan living area containing a fully equipped kitchen and lounge room. This area flows out to the outdoor entertaining area overlooking the generous sized inground swimming pool. Your kitchen is completely equipped with everything you need to prepare a delicious meal for the whole family including a large island bench with a built-in dishwasher, oven, microwave, stainless steel fridge and a Nespresso compatible coffee pod machine & Milk frother. Relax on the comfortable lounge suite whilst watching your favourite movies on the Smart TV or play a games night with the family using the board games supplied. Step out onto the large alfresco area and unwind after a day at the beach whilst watching the kids splash around in the pool or burn some extra energy running around in the well-maintained backyard.
