The apartment features three bedrooms: one with a queen-size bed, another with two individual beds, and a third with a sofa bed. There are two bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub, ensuring convenience for all guests.
The fully equipped kitchen includes a fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, hob, cutlery, plates, and everything needed to prepare meals comfortably. The living area offers a smart TV with a box, providing entertainment after a day of sightseeing.
For added comfort, the apartment includes air conditioning and heating, a hairdryer, and a washing machine. Families traveling with young children will find a baby cot and high chair available upon request.
Parking is hassle-free, with a free parking area just 30 seconds away.
Seixal Sand Beach is only a 10-minute drive away, while the breathtaking Natural Pools of Porto Moniz are just 18 minutes away.
All bed linen and bath towels are provided, ensuring a hassle-free stay. Smoking inside the apartment is not allowed.
Check-in is available from 16:00 until 05:00 in the morning, allowing for flexible arrival times.
The City Hall charges a local Tourist Tax per guest per night. The charge amounts:
- 2EUR per night;
- This rate applies up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights and does not apply to guests that are under 13 years old.
- This charge must be paid directly to us so we can deliver it to the City Hall.
