The guest bedroom has a queen bed and ensuite, and the last darling guest bedroom is perfect for kids with another ensuite. Amazing gourmet kitchen fully equipped for memorable meals, and the living room has a fireplace with expansive mountain views. Outside on the deck, take time to relax in the hot tub, and enjoy the outdoors while BBQing on the gas grill. With this unit, there is a ski locker on the lower level and a private elevator. WHAT TO KNOW - Due to the central location, there’s lots of activity around the building during peak seasons. - Everyone in your group must be over 31 or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. - The maximum occupancy is 9 people. - The maximum number of cars at the property is 2 (one space is compact). - During peak seasons, check-in time is 4:00 pm. There is typically a departure the same morning, and our teams are going to great lengths to make the home perfect for your 4:00 pm arrival time. Luggage storage is unavailable while the home is being readied for your arrival. We recommend making travel plans accordingly. Our Reservation Specialists are happy to offer suggestions if you arrive early. WHAT TO EXPECT AFTER BOOKING - Reservation will be confirmed once required E-sign of Terms and Conditions is completed. - If arrival date is more than 110 days prior to booking, half of the grand total is due upon booking and the remaining balance is due 110 days prior to arrival. - For reservations exceeding eight days, please expect our Reservation Team to reach out to schedule an In-Stay Refresh and process payment. - The Guest Assistant Team will be in touch with personalized Destination Guides and Check-In information. - Check in codes will only be sent if there is a credit card on file for the reservation. These codes will be sent via text message on the day of arrival after 4:00pm.
