La Bonaccia is a villa built to a design by the well-known architect M. Perrot. It is located on the seafront of the "Piras" residential village and is only a few dozen metres from the sea, facing the island of Caprera. The place is quiet and car traffic is limited to the few residents. The Village’s two sandy beaches are easily reached on foot along an asphalt road in about 3 minutes (500 metres).
