The Space: The front façade is elegant and inviting, with a large, covered carport to protect you from the occasional surprise Florida rain shower. Once inside, the recently remodeled and stylish great room includes gorgeous, glossy marble tile flooring and bright, high ceilings. In the living area, there’s a deep, luxurious sectional sofa that’s perfect for lounging and the occasional afternoon cat nap and a large HDTV for Netflix nights or football Sundays. This ultra-comfortable room even has a small, dedicated desk space in the corner— complete with a printer and a table lamp— for when you need to get a little work done. Next to the living area, a spacious dining table has seating for eight, while a sunken DEN has additional dining seating and another sofa. The chef’s kitchen is completely open to both the den and the living space and features the latest high-tech appliances, including a top-of-the-line refrigerator, a wall oven and microwave, an electric range top, and a dishwasher. There’s also a quartz-topped peninsula bar with casual seating for three. Next to the kitchen, a laundry room houses a stacked washer and dryer. This home was well-designed to provide total privacy, so each of the three bedrooms has its very own attached full bathroom. The first and second bedrooms are located on one side of the home— each with a king-size bed, HDTV, walk-in closet, and ensuite bathroom— and the third bedroom is located on the opposite side of the home. This bedroom also includes a luxe king-size bed, a walk-in closet, HDTV, and an attached full bathroom. Head outside to the fenced-in backyard, which features stylish marble pavers surrounded by emerald green artificial turf. A separate lock-out game room includes a ping-pong table, a dart board, a pull-out sofa bed, and an HDTV, and can be easily used as a fourth sleeping space. And on the other side of the lawn, the uniquely-shaped swimming pool is surrounded by plenty of alfresco dining space and lounging areas. Thoughtfully designed and lovingly updated, this magnificent, modern villa is ideal for larger groups and families that want to be close to all the famous South Florida activities— including the white sand beaches that are right around the corner— and still have a quiet spot to unwind at the end of each day. The Neighborhood: Spacious home located in the heart of downtown Fort Lauderdale. This central location is near everything you’ll want to see when visiting Fort Lauderdale--the beach, bars, dining, shopping, and art! Las Olas is only a fifteen-minute drive away. Find unique architecture, exclusive boutiques, eclectic restaurants and bars, and just about everything else on Las Olas Boulevard (Spanish for “the waves”)! Take East Las Olas Boulevard down for just under 5 miles to reach the beach! One of the biggest draws of Ft. Lauderdale is, of course, it’s stunning beaches. Little compares to the sugar-sand and the shade of blue in the south Florida Atlantic ocean. Two of the perennial favorites beaches here are the Fort Lauderdale Beach Park and Las Olas Beach. Both offer easy access to not just beach amenities, but also food and drink from the nearby restaurants. If you’re seeking adventure, you will love all of the water sports offered on the beach. From renting surf boards to kayaks, there is something for everyone (of any age!) Along the beach, you’ll find several opportunities to rent jet skis, snorkel equipment, etc. Tuff Gong Reggae Boat Tours is one of the many highly-rated tour agencies in Fort Lauderdale Beach. As for dining, Las Olas Boulevard has a never-ending selection of great restaurants with eclectic menus. Prime Seafood on Las Olas Blvd is the place to go. For a delicious breakfast with a Mexican twist, head over to Tinta on N. Fort Lauderdale Beach Blvd. Try a cuisine a little off the beaten path. The Café Seville on E. Oakland Park Blvd is a family-owned delicious Spanish restaurant. As for bars and nightlife, Capone’s Nightclub is a great spot for deals on drinks and music all night long. Check out Booze Garden for turf-floor and arcade-style games. House Rules: Check-in time: 4:00 PM Check-out time: 10:00 AM All guests must sign our rental agreement as mandated by Florida Law. The minimum rental age is 25. A picture ID must be provided to Property Manager no less than 72 hours before arrival. An accurate guest count must be provided No parties or events. If unauthorized persons are discovered on the premises, guests will be subject to additional fees and/or immediate eviction Quiet time is from 10pm - 8am No smoking or vaping. If evidence is discovered of either smoking or vaping, the guest will be subject to a fine of up to $1,000 If you have little ones we offer a Baby bundle: Pack-n-play with a thicker mattress & a high chair for $65 per stay. If requested less than 24 hours in advance, a $25 surcharge fee is applied. If you would like the pool heated during your stay, there is a $30 fee per day. Please coordinate with us prior to your arrival so that we can arrange for the heater to be on. Allows Pets-This property is dog-friendly with an additional $250 fee per pet. Please let us know if you will be bringing your dog. (only dogs are permitted, sorry) Commercial vehicles may be approved by management. Please inquire if you would like to bring your commercial vehicle. The property must be locked and secured when guests are not in it. Mail: Guests may not receive mail at this location or at our office. Any mail received will be RETURNED TO SENDER. We cannot accept responsibility for helping you to recover any lost mail or packages. Cleanliness: This property is not corporate-owned. It belongs to an individual, just like you. Please treat this home with the respect and courtesy it deserves and leave it in the same excellent condition as you found it. We welcome quiet couples and families in all of our rentals. Please note that no parties of any size, events, or conferences are permitted in this property. If we discover that guests have violated this rule, we reserve the right to immediately evict all persons on the property and/or assess a fine. If the property is left exceptionally dirty, such as perishable foods left in the kitchen, dirty dishes in the sink, furniture rearranged, or trash not taken out, we may assess an additional fee of up to $500. Late Checkout: Please note that check-out time is promptly at 10am. This is so that our housekeeping staff may prepare the property for the next guest. If you need additional time, contact us immediately and we’ll try to accommodate you, though this cannot be guaranteed. If you fail to check out by 10am, you will be charged half of the nightly rate for the property. Failure to vacate the property at the agreed-upon check-out time is considered trespassing. Same-Day Bookings: Same-day bookings with no past reviews are subject to additional scrutiny and require approval from Property Manager. We will ask you to provide information on your group and the purpose of your stay. If your stay is approved, we require a government-issued ID for identity verification. Your phone number must match the phone number on your account or we will not be able to honor your reservation. Same-day reservations will not be accepted after 2:00pm. All same-day reservations require at least 3 hours before check-in. We may have to extend check-in time to later than 4:00pm. Internet/Cable: Property Manager is not responsible for outages by Internet and Cable companies. While we regret the interruption and inconvenience, we have no control over internet or cable issues. The same way these providers do not reimburse us for their equipment failures or outages, we cannot accept accountability or offer refunds or reimbursements to guests. Starter Supplies We provide enough trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, and other home items for about 3 days of use. Beyond that, it is the responsibility of the guest to replenish these items.
