- This 2-level home requires exterior steps to enter; it has 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms on the main floor
- Hunting season occurs in October and November. During this time, a portion of the property and the seasonal fire pit are unavailable
- Your safety matters. This property features 1 exterior security camera located at the front porch facing the entrance, doors, and driveway. It does not look into any interior spaces. The camera records video and sound when activated by motion. It will record when it first senses motion, and 30 seconds after the last motion is detected
- Secord Lake is currently drawn down 6–8 feet while the dam is being repaired. The water level is expected to return to normal in 2026. You can still boat and use PWCs; however, docking is not possible at this time. Beaching or mooring boats is still permitted. Please use caution due to lower water levels, as there may be additional obstacles, such as shallows and sunken stumps
