***The Mahana Resort’s Lanai building has ongoing exterior spalling repair work that begins at 7am and ends no later than 5pm during the week. This includes the mountain side of 215 (won’t affect your view). There is noise when the contractor is working.
Mahana 215 is a wonderful 2nd floor direct ocean front one bedroom with two baths condominium. Your spacious private lanai offers an intimate perspective of ocean and beach, especially for watching turtles, spinner dolphins, and, of course, humpback whales during the winter season. The water in front and around The Mahana Resort is perfect for snorkeling, swimming, and relaxing. When the surf’s up, get ready for upfront seating on your private lanai, and watch exciting water sports attract professional surfers, kite surfers, windsurfers, and boogie boarders alike.

Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
