This townhouse is located within the Winterpoint II community and affords guests access to the Upper Village outdoor pool and 3 hot tubs, located within very short walking distance just down the path from the townhome front door. Newly remodeled, the complex features seasonal amenities including a saline pool that is kept warm in the winter, 1 indoor/2 outdoor hot tubs, an outdoor pool, a changing room, showers, bathrooms, and indoor pool entry.
This property is situated a block and a half away from both the Snowflake Ski Lift and the Four O'Clock Run, providing an easy ski-in capability to the unit. Hiking and biking trails start just outside our door, so you’re close to the action year-round.
Carter Park is less than a mile from the townhouse and is a fantastic place to sled in the winter, or take a short drive or bus ride and go ice skating at West Arena. In the summer, hike up the Sawmill Trail to the reservoir from the bottom of the Snowflake Lift. Walk, bike, or jog from the townhome to and along the Blue River bike path which leads from Breckenridge to Frisco. Take your mountain bike up the ski lift and ride back to the townhouse at the end of the day!
If you're in the mood for some retail therapy, walk 5 minutes to Blue River Plaza in the central Breckenridge village to explore over 200 retailers, including Joy of Sox, Marigolds, Ohana, and Wandering Daisy! The city hosts year-round festivals that provide endless opportunities for fun. The Winterpoint complex is located on the Breckenridge Free Ride bus routes, which can take you just about anywhere when you don’t want to walk or drive.
When you’re not dining at the townhouse, try out one of Breckenridge’s delicious local restaurants. For a special meal, visit Hearthstone for an unforgettable upscale dining experience. For apres ski or happy hour (or just a really delicious meal without the kids, head over to Aurum or Blue River Bistro, two of the owners' favorites. If you’re in the mood for a beer and burger, try Empire Burger, Flip Side, or Breckenridge Brewery, all known for extensive menus and locally made and sourced beers. Some other favorite options in the area are Bold, Motherloaded Tavern, Michael's Italian, La Francaise, The Canteen, and Giampietro's Pizza & Pasta. Don't forget dessert!
