Our immaculate, fresh and modern 3 bedroom apartment ’Condo on the Beach’ has an amazing picturesque beachfront location and is perfect for your holiday getaway, with outstanding sea views and excellent facilities within strolling distance.
Located at the end of Onetangi beach, a few minutes stroll takes you to a range of bars, restaurants and cafes at the waters edge.
This apartment has 3 bedrooms, one with en-suite bathroom and another shared bathroom. The bedrooms offer one split-king bed that splits into two singles, a queen and a double bed. The large open plan lounge & dining area offer modern kitchen, complete with hob, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave and dishwasher. There is a washer & dryer for laundry.
The lounge has large bi-fold windows that open up to gorgeous sea views and there is a modern smart TV with Netflix, Youtube and built in Chromecast....

Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
