Situated back from the road next to a dune, this home boasts a gravel driveway with ample parking. Sea grass and island shrubs welcome you to the covered front porch that is furnished with two Adirondack chairs.
Upon entering the foyer, a stairway leads to the living area and a hallway on the right of the stairs leads to two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a laundry area with a full-size washer/dryer. A hall closet stores beach chairs and sand toys. The first bedroom is a surfer’s paradise where a younger crowd will enjoy camping out. The second bedroom offers a TV with a VCR and a DVD player for your entertainment, and a sliding glass door invites you to a covered oceanfront deck from which you can cast your sights on the shore. Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
