This 2 bedroom condo offers a beautiful waterfront vacation experience to PKRM guests. Who needs a spa to relax? Sit on the private balcony and listen to the "Beach Music" provided by the sparkling Gulf Of Mexico. There are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms in this welcoming condominium. The tasteful furnishings and fully equipped kitchen allow you to feel like you are at your home away from home. Perdido Sun offers great amenities like an indoor pool, outdoor pool, spa for soaking, grilling area, boardwalks to the beach, on-site staff, and an exercise facility. Beach chair service is also available.
The Master Suite offers a plush King sized bed with brand-new bedding. The bedroom has a floor-to-ceiling view and opens out onto the private balcony, overlooking the gorgeous white sand beach and blue horizon. The 2nd Bedroom also has brand new bedding and offers a very comfortable Queen over Queen sized bunk bed. Stretch out for a nap or a restful night’s sleep after spending a day of fun at The Sun. All bedrooms have televisions as well as the living room. If you need extra sleeping space, the sofa in the family room is a comfortable sleeper sofa. The spacious, fully equipped kitchen overlooks the dining area and family room which opens up to a front-row view of the Gulf from the balcony.
This condo is located at the East end of Perdido Key conveniently across the street from Villagio Shopping Village and some local restaurants and shops you are sure to enjoy. It is within walking distance to Johnson Beach National Seashore with 8 miles of pristine, undeveloped beach. It uniquely has the emerald waters of the Gulf on one side and the quiet water of the Intra-Coastal Waterway on the other. If you enjoy catching glimpses of marine life or wildlife, Perdido Key will easily become your very favorite beach. Downtown Pensacola attractions are about 25 minutes to the East and Orange Beach restaurants and shops are about 15 minutes to the West. You won’t get bored unless you just want to be. PKRM guests enjoy complimentary excursions like Deep Sea Fishing and Dolphin Cruising. There is also golfing at Lost Key on an Arnold Palmer-designed course or tickets to OWA Amusement Park.
