The space
A beautiful house discreetly set in the heart of Belgravia. With Harrods just a stones throw away, you’re within walking distance of several of the best Michelin restaurants London has to offer. That being said, Hyde Park and the peaceful Serpentine lake is 200 metres on the left, with an array of cafes and eateries.
As you enter the home, the first thing you will notice is the comfortable living room with a large smart TV (connected to Apple TV), and cosy desk in the corner of the room, small but comfortable enough to work on with your laptop. Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- Parties not allowed. Smoking not allowed.
