Here at Treetops in South Forest Beach, you’ll have access to three pools and a tennis/pickleball court, with the beach and Coligny Plaza within an easy walk or bike ride.
Treetops is a wonderfully leafy complex located alongside the Fish Island Sea Pines Forest Preserve on the south end of Hilton Head Island. It boasts fantastic access to the Vandermeer Tennis Center (a quarter-mile) and Coligny Plaza (one mile), the latter of which serves as Hilton Head’s downtown district with dozens of shops, restaurants, and conveniences. Coligny Beach Park is a mile away as well, easily reached with the two provided (adult-size) bikes.
With two levels of living and outdoor space, this villa features plentiful room for relaxation. Sip your morning coffee on the balcony, which is accessible from both bedroom suites, or sit back with a good book on the ground-floor patio after a day of golfing, pickleball (with four provided paddles), or beachcombing.
The ground-floor living areas are comfortable and spacious, with floor-to-ceiling glass patio doors filling the house with light.
