In accordance with the Town of Kiawah Island Short Term Rental Ordinance, all guests understand that the approved number of bedrooms is 4, the maximum allowed occupancy is 9, and the maximum allowed number of vehicles is 4.
This Kiawah Island vacation rental features 4 bedrooms, a pool, and a spacious back deck. Conveniently located on Governors Drive, the main thoroughfare in Vanderhorst Plantation, the home is a 7-minute bike ride to the beach.
Upon entering the property, you’ll find exquisite finishes, accentuated hardwood flooring, high ceilings, and an abundance of natural light. In the main living area, you will find upscale and comfortable seating, a large flat-screen TV, and French door access to the pool and back deck. The doors leading out to the pool deck also have an optional alarm system. The fully equipped kitchen offers white cabinetry, ample counter space, and a center island with barstool seating. The dining area serves as the perfect entertainment space as it offers pool and deck views, seating for your whole party, and close proximity to the kitchen.
You will also find a first-floor, half-bathroom that is accessible down the hall.
The first-floor primary bedroom features French door access to the deck, and a king-sized bed with notable bedding. It also features a private bathroom with a double sink vanity and a glass walk-in shower.
The second bedroom is found on the second floor. It features a king-sized bed, scenic views, a flat-screen TV, and a private bathroom. The second bathroom also offers a walk-in, glass shower.
The third bedroom is also found on the second floor and offers a queen-sized bed and scenic views.
The fourth bedroom is perfect for kids as it features 3 twin-sized beds and a third bathroom equipped with a walk-in glass shower and bathtub combination. This bathroom is also accessible from the hall.
The beautiful back deck invites you to sit back and unwind. Go for a swim, lounge poolside, or dine al fresco- the possibilities are endless!
The home is equipped with a washer, dryer, and high-speed wireless internet.
The dimensions of the pool are 10’ W x 18’ L. The pool cannot be heated.
Please note that this property has exterior security cameras that view the home’s driveway, front entrance, garage, and back deck. These cameras serve to protect both the property owner and rental guests.
Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount for this property is $300. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, kayaks, stand-up paddleboards, and more – the choice is yours!
