You enter the property from top to bottom, starting with the roof terrace, which is partially shaded by a stunning palapa hat and breath-taking views. Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.

- - This villa is located in the only gated resort community in Sayulita and offers guests access to a large communal pool, gym, restaurant and private beach.
- - The modular design of the home means there are lots of stairs including outside staircases leading from one area to the bedrooms.
- - Bedroom 6 has bunk beds and a sofa bed, best suited for children.
- - Access to this beachfront luxury community along a rustic jungle trail is totally worth it.
- - As is typical of a home in a lush area of the tropics, wildlife and insects should be expected. This villa is regularly fumigated; however, insects are possible in outdoor areas and if doors are left open, especially during the rainy season.
- - A security deposit might be required after booking confirmation (MX0366)
