Mayflower Lakeside 202 is a newly constructed and professionally decorated luxury condo just minutes to the Jordanelle Reservoir and one and a half miles to Deer Valley Resort Jordanelle Express Chairlift. Also nearby, you will find numerous hiking and biking trails and a paved path that goes throughout the community. You’ll also have quick access to Heber and Midway, and Park City, with all of its wonderful shopping, restaurants and activities, is a short drive away.
This single-level condo features 1,500 square feet of living space, and offers three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and can sleep up to eight guests in pure comfort.
From the community garage, you’ll take stairs or the elevator to the second level. Entering the condo, you’ll step into a hallway leading into the great room that holds the living room, kitchen and dining area — all accentuated with plenty of natural light and surrounding views.

Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
