The Space: Casa de los Sueños by Property Manager Property Management, is a brand new and contemporary condo located in the exclusive development of Montemar. It will delight you with stunning views and unbeatable location, within walking distance to the Marina. This apartment is ideally suited for small families, couples and friends looking for comfort, and convenience. Fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances as well as free Wi-Fi, Smart TV, big terrace, and 2 comfy bedrooms that offers a relaxing and memorable experience like no other. Please be aware that there is an ongoing construction near by, you might experience noise, during the construction hours. While efforts are being made to minimize the disruption, we wanted to ensure that you are informed. Bedroom arrangements: - Master bedroom with king size bed, Smart TV and ensuite bathroom, with direct access to the terrace. - 2nd bedroom with full bed, Smart TV and next to a full bathroom. Montemar has a privilege location with easy access to town and restaurants. Just 5 minutes driving from the Marina and Medano beach. You will also have access to their community swimming pool that’s perfect for lounging all day in sun-soaked comfort surrounded by comfortable lounge chairs where you can relax with panoramic views! Keeping your safety and peace of mind as our priority. * Cleaning and disinfecting protocols have been upgraded to guarantee a safe environment. We have implemented protocols to clean and disinfect all rooms, and frequently touched surfaces, as doorknobs, handles, remote controls and light switches. Guest Access: Full Condo at their disposal, plus access to community pool and gym. Our guests can enjoy the Day Pass at Casa Dorada Resort Beach Club and Pool. It is a great way to spend the day by the beach and enjoy having access to the resort facilities. Enjoy our special rate of $2000 mxn per adult per day for pool & beach club access. (1600 mxn USD will be applied to the consumption of food and beverage ) | (discount applicable for children). No reservation needed, we recommend early arrival at the Resort to ensure availability. *This is a third-party property price and access is subject to the availability and capacity of the Resort.* Interaction with Guests: We love to create great vacations, so our concierge can arrange for services including pre-arrival grocery shopping, chefs who prepare in-home meals, and additional housekeeping. We will meet you at your arrival and show you around the condo and answer any question. We will be available for any Concierge Service, maintenance or emergency issues throughout your stay by phone (SMS or calls) and email. The Neighborhood: Montemar is a brand new development, fully finished. However, please be advise that there could be construction noise from 9 - 5 pm. Getting Around: We accept small dogs, however we need to be notified before arrival. Vaccination certificate is required. Non-refundable $250 USD pet fee applies.  Last minute arriving pets won’t be allowed on the property. Getting around the town: - Uber service is very convenient, with the exception of Airport and Resorts where it isn’t allowed. - Private transportation is available from/to Airport for $205 USD (1-8 passengers) Send us your flight information if you would like us to help you book it! Medano Beach is 5 minutes driving distance as well as Cabo San Lucas Downtown. Other Things to Note: Pool & Gym hours 8 am to 8 pm In order to maintain a secure and enjoyable environment for all our guests, we do not permit external vendors inside our properties. Our concierge service is available to recommend trusted vendors for any assistance you may need. Thank you for your understanding. We accept monthly reservations, however, an additional refundable security deposit of 300 USD for each month may apply, please confirm this before booking. To avoid additional security deposit charges, this reservation includes damage protection. After confirmation, the Property Manager will provide a link to complete the one-time $50 fee.
