This apartment is located on the first floor up (with an elevator! a Very rare feature in downtown Florence!) of a typical building located on Via de Ginori, a nice and lively street just off Piazza San Lorenzo, where the Central Market is located, and two minutes away from Piazza Duomo.
Entering the apartment you’ll find the lovely and bright living area, equipped with a fully stocked kitchenette, dining table, couch, and flat-screen TV. From the living area, you’ll also have access to the wonderful and secluded outdoor terrace, equipped with a table and chairs for you to be able to enjoy lovely meals outside.

Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.

- Standard time: 15:00-19:00
- **We generally allow check in anytime after 11:00. However, please note that the apartment will not be cleaned until 15:00.
- Outside of the standard hours, it is mandatory to provide us with your flight/train number or any other arrival details. There is an additional cost for late check-in: 19:00 -21:00 20 EURO | 21:00-23:00 40 EURO| 23:00- 01:59 (next day) 70 EURO|After 02:00 on request
- Check out time is 10:30.
- Based on availability we can try to accommodate late check outs. Please ask at the time of making your reservation. An additional fee may occur.
- When you rent for a short term (7 or less nights) the daily price will include your usage of the utilities (gas, water and electricity). Whereas when you rent for 8 or more nights we will charge you for utilities separately, at check out.
- Please remember that the apartment is non smoking.
