The beach is only 10min walk from the house, where there is also a large selection of lovely restaurants and bars as well as a grocery store which is open every day of the week. The 8km long promenade is one of the Costa Del Sol´s most popular as it is incredibly walk friendly and well maintained.You can rent bicycles and electric scooters if you want to discover it without going.The train station is 15min walk away and a couple of stations away is the Fuengirola Center and on the other side you will come directly to Malaga Airport and Malaga City. Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
