Welcome to our apartment at the top of the house with a magical view of the sea where you can sit and enjoy for hours. Just a 10 minute walk to the beach and a nice promenade. The area includes lovely gardens with 3 different pool areas, one of which has a café/bar (unique). Miraflores is a quiet area between Fuengirola and Marbella with proximity to both the beach and nature as well as restaurants, bars and shops. There are buses every half hour to Fuengirola and Marbella. The apartment is at the top of the house with a fully equipped kitchen directly to the left, from the sink you look out towards Avenida del sol and its beautiful palm trees,, straight ahead we have a spacious living room with plenty of seating for the whole family, there is a Smart -TV with and internet. From the front door to the right you will find a bathroom and master bedroom with its own exit to a glass-enclosed balcony with a sea view. From the lovely terrace off the living room, a spiral staircase leads up to the next cozy bedroom with sloping ceiling and private bathroom. The apartment is fully equipped with A/C, Internet, Smart TV, dishwasher and washing machine. The cleaning fee includes bed linen and towels. Welcome!
