Welcome to this cozy apartment located in the Riviera del Sol, just a 10-minute walk from the beach and the Mediterranean Sea. The apartment has a seasonal swimming pool and just a few minutes from the popular paddle club Riviera Sport Club. Riviera del Sol is located between Fuengirola and Marbella with 15min drive to each city, the airport is about 25min away by car. From the apartment it is walking distance to the beach, restaurants, shops and shopping. For those who do not rent a car (free parking on the street), there are buses every half hour to both Fuengirola and Marbella.Along the beach there is a really lovely new promenade where you can walk to La Cala de Mijas and Cabopino along the beach, there is also a popular beach club called Max Beach with entertainment, pool and food. Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
