As you step into the townhouse you will be greeted by the fully equipped and open kitchen to the right with dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and WC with washing machine. Further on from the kitchen into the social living room with a dining area to the right, next to the fireplace, relaxation corner with smart TV to the left in comfortable armchairs and sofa. The terrace with the lovely view of the pool, sea and palm trees is in a south facing position with sun from morning to late afternoon, there is a lounge area and a lovely dining area also...

Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
