On the ground floor of the house the visitor will find the 5 bedrooms and a large open space with living room, dining room, bathroom and kitchen. The living room is equipped with comfortable sofas, a 55-inch TV with satellite channels and NETFLIX connection, and stunning views of the pool, garden and sea. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with electrical appliances, hobs, oven, dishwasher and provides everything you need to prepare and serve your meals. Finally, in the open space is the large dining room, able to accommodate you and your family or friends.

Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
