With Barrett Park right next door and the footbridge within walking distance, you’ll have excellent access to the ocean shore and downtown shops, galleries, and restaurants.
This apartment sits on a waterfront piece of property that it shares with a main house. Walk home from a day spent gallery-hopping in town to be greeted by a front deck overlooking the cove - a lovely spot for sharing lobster rolls from Boothbay Lobster Wharf down the street.
Inside, find an open living space lined with windows and such at-home comforts as window air-conditioning and high-speed WiFi. There’s a kitchen with every essential, an indoor dining table, and a streaming-capable TV for your evening entertainment. In the evenings, when you’re not dining out, enjoy a gas grill and a propane firepit with a view of the water, which is shared with guests in the main house.
