Nestled on the threshold of the largest lake in Northern Georgia, you’ll find this gorgeous and spacious lake house for you and your loved ones to have the vacation of your dreams. With four marinas nearby, you can rent boats and jet skis to play on and have a memorable day on the lake. Hike a rigorous, but paved, trail to the highest mountain in Georgia at Brasstown Bald which has an observation tower! Tour locally and discover fantastic eateries, arts, entertainment, and an array of family-friendly activities. When you want to stay close to home, there’s plenty to do in the game room that’s filled with board games and a poker table!
Inside, you’ll find a bright interior with plenty of natural light, and a warm feeling of welcome throughout the space. The two-story stone fireplace is a stunner, and has a large wall-mounted TV above the mantle, perfect for movie night. The spacious deck is ideal for dining al fresco and watching sunsets on those beautiful summer nights. Enjoy playing board games or making memories eating home-cooked meals around the formal dining table. The chef of the group will love preparing meals in the full kitchen, equipped with a floating island breakfast bar and all the cupboard room you’ll ever need. The main bedroom is the epitome of luxury and comfort with it’s spectacular 180 degree view, fireplace, TV, sitting area, and en-suite bathroom with a jetted tub, double-sink vanity, and walk-in shower. Kids will love bunking down together in the bunk beds, making memories that’ll last a lifetime.

*A tenant lives on the lower level of the home, and does not have Interior access to the floors. The caretaker also lives full time on the property in a guest house.
A Queen-size Murphy bed is provided.
Kayaks, paddles, a deckbox with life preservers, and tubing poles are stored in the garage for guest use.
Guests may enjoy streaming on networks such as Netflix, Disney+, Peacock, Apple Plus, and more without their own accounts.
No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval.
