Set in the midst of rustling palmettos and Lowcountry wetlands, this first-floor condo will place you within a mile of wonderful shopping, memorable dining, and the soft sands of Folly Beach.
Leave up to two cars in the parking area at Palmettos at Folly and get around easily by bike, with designated bike lanes running along Folly Road both to and from the beach. After a day spent beachcombing or surfing, you’ll be greeted back at home by 768 square feet of centrally air-conditioned living space.
The condo’s main living area brings together a well-appointed kitchen with a two-person breakfast bar, a living room with a sofa and a flatscreen cable TV, and a spacious, shaded porch accessed through sliding glass doors (in both the living room and one of the bedrooms). It’s a lovely spot for morning coffee and evening meals in the warm coastal breeze.
