Soft white sands and warm Gulf waves are steps away, along with the fresh food of the Sassy Bass Grill. Hop in the car, and Gulf Shores’ shopping and dining are a 15-mile drive away. Nine miles westward is Fort Morgan’s beaches and boardwalks, as well as access to Dauphin Island via the Mobile Bay Ferry. Things to know: Guests will have access to six outdoor pools on the Gulf Shores Plantation grounds plus one indoor pool, and sauna in the Dome Area of Bldg 4. Some shared amenities may be subject to a small resort fee. This property is managed by Property Manager Alabama LLC.

Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
