Welcome to this newly renovated condo on the ground floor at The Friendly Native Beach Resort. This “Old Florida” style, low-rise complex is located steps away to St. Pete’s Upham Beach home to the Secret Garden. The condo is equipped with all the comforts for a deluxe vacation by the sea. There is a king and queen bedroom, with new high-end mattresses, as well as a custom oversized velvet sofa with queen-sized pull-out sofa bed with a memory foam mattress. All rooms have a TV. The full-size glass-enclosed bathtub and rain shower, has a double sink marble top vanity. The kitchen has a refrigerator with ice maker, and an expandable table for six and is equipped with everything you need to make a gourmet meal.
