As its name says, this wonderful villa situated in the beautiful valley of Colonya, enjoys delightful views over both the countryside and mountains. It is located within easy reach of the much loved old town of Pollensa, yet very close to the sandy beaches of Puerto Pollensa and Cala San Vicente as well as to the golf course of Pollensa.
Colonya was built to a very high standard by a well-known local carpenter and is designed following the Mallorcan tradition, with exposed beams and lofty ceilings on the interior, and expansive, stone covered terraces on the exterior.
The front door opens into an extremely spacious lounge/dining room and on to the fully fitted kitchen. On the same level, there is a double bedroom with en-suite shower room, a cheerful twin bedroom with stone floors and beamed ceilings, and a full bathroom. From the lounge, a wooden staircase leads up to another pleasingly decorated twin bedroom.
Outside, there is a large private swimming pool, together with a barbecue and dining area. The latter is beautifully decorated with Mallorcan agricultural and artisans tools. There are extensive, well cared gardens with lawn turning this area into a perfect place for families with children. Under the covered terrace there is also a table tennis for the guests to enjoy.
