Can Paroya is a traditional Mallorcan stone-built villa, full of traditional character and surrounded by lush gardens with private swimming pool. Perfect for outdoor living and al-fresco dining, this property also offers beautifully furnished interiors. Great location between Alcudia and Pollensa, with easy access to perfect sandy beaches.
The villa entrance takes you into a hallway with doors directly opposite that lead to the large lounge/dining room with beamed ceiling and archways into the fully-equipped kitchen. Doors from both the lounge/dining room and the kitchen lead out to a covered terrace that runs around the Villa.
Further long the hallway there is a WC, utility room and double bedroom with en-suite shower room and doors leading to an outside terrace. Stairs to the first floor provide access to a master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and doors out to a large roof terrace. Also on this floor are two twin bedrooms which share a family bathroom.
Outside there is a wide availability of open and covered terraces with seating areas, together with an amazing covered barbecue area by the poolside - an excellent spot for dining alfresco. The large swimming pool has plenty of sunbed space on the adjacent patio – all set within the lawned gardens, with trees, shrubs and flowers.
