A wonderfully chic villa located near the beach on the beautiful island of Formentera. Finished in August 2019 the house is brand new, with a completely new interior in every room, with an added gift of luxury design furniture, the natural materials and colours dominate the ambiance.
The villa is surrounded by beautiful Mediterranean nature and it is just a stone’s throw distance to the beach. Sun decks, huge lounge beds and a large chill-out area makes for a relaxing, peaceful holiday.
Villa Paz is the perfect hideaway, an amazing spot for yoga or retreats or just for a relaxing holiday where you can walk to the beach every morning for a refreshing wake up swim.
The villa has 3 double bedrooms in the main house and next to the villa there is a studio with double bed plus a sofa bed, perfect for a family with 2 children.

Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
