Casa Son Del Rio D’Alt is a lovely villa, with aprivate pool and garden set in the pines is on the outskirts of Pollensa and welcomes up to 6 guests.
Go outside and enjoy the authentic scent of the Mediterranean while you have breakfast at the porch table or with a delicious BBQ. Relax on one of the sunloungers on the terrace. The pool seems to be part of the natural environment, surrounded by trees and rocks and with spectacular views to the bay. It’s a private pool 9.5 x 4 metres and its depth ranges from 1 to 1.8 metres. There’re direct neighbours and the house is semi-detached, but privacy is guaranteed.
The beauty and cosy house is on two floors and works with solar energy. On the main floor you’ll find the small but charming living room with satellite TV. Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
