The stone-built Can Cladera is for sure one of the finest villas in Northern Mallorca. Beautifully furnished, spacious, surrounded by private gardens, and perfectly set between Pollensa and Puerto Pollensa, this villa will impress even the most demanding guests. Thanks to its manicured gardens, private pool, 4 air-conditioned bedrooms, private gym and even a home-cinema, a holiday in Can Cladera will be a truly memorable experience.
Inside the villa is incredibly spacious and airy. Exposed stone walls and precious furniture enhance the feeling of class and style. Entrance is via the main door onto a welcoming living room with sofas, armchairs, satellite TV, wi-fi internet. The separate kitchen with dining area has been finished to the highest standard and is fully equipped for the preparation of any kinds of meals. Patio doors lead to the outdoor terrace furnished with dining table, chairs, rattan sofas, barbecue. On the ground floor there are also a double bedroom, a huge family shower room, a private gym and a laundry area with washing machine as well as dryer. A staircase leads up to the first floor. With its precious wooden floors and high ceilings, this floor houses a “home-cinema” with armchairs and flat screen, 1 double bedroom with en-suite shower room and 2 twin bedrooms once again with their en-suite shower rooms. Particular emphasis has been given to the storage space for clothes, to the style of the furnishing and to the size of the bathrooms which are really surprisingly large and beautifully finished. The bedrooms are air-conditioned, included in the rental price at set times between 2pm-4pm and 8pm-8am.
Outside, Can Cladera is a true oasis of peace enjoying unobstructed, panoramic views over the Tramuntana mountains. There are extensive paved terraces (including a private parking area), garden with lawn and mini-football pitch, shaded furnished terraces. Dining outside, or enjoying a walk around the gardens, or drinking a glass of wine will be a truly memorable experience! The circular-shaped private pool is equipped with comfortable sunbeds and shaded areas, perfect for chilling out during the hottest hours of the day. Due to the close proximity of stunning sandy beaches (like Puerto Pollensa, Cala San Vicente, Playa de Muro), whether to spend lazy days by the pool or venturing out will be a hard choice!
