Our 2022 renewed detached house is located in Colà di Lazise, a green and quiet district of Lazise, only 400 metres from the Garda Thermal Park, in an apartment complex with shared swimming pool, only 4 km from the historic centre of Lazise. The house, of 75 mq, develops on two floors and can accommodate up to 5 people.
On the ground floor there is a spacious living area with kitchenette, fridge and freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and oven. Toaster and German coffee machine are provided. The living room, which overlooks a well-kept garden, has a comfortable sofa bed that can accommodate an adult or a child, and satellite TV.
Detached house offers 2 double bedrooms on the first floor. The bathroom has a showerbox, hairdryer and bidet. Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy

Grace Period:

  • Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.

Payment Policy:

  • 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
  • More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
  • For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
  • More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
