The Countryhouse "Nocino 2" can accommodate up to 6 people and is developed on two floors with a convenient covered terrace overlooking a green private garden where you can sunbathe thanks to the available sunbeds or relax in the shade of the olive tree reading a nice book. On the ground floor, there is a spacious living area with a kitchenette equipped with a refrigerator and freezer, 4-burner gas stove, oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle and American coffee machine, dining table with chairs and characteristic straw benches. The living room is enriched by a fireplace (decorative, not usable), a single sofa bed (suitable for children), a TV (no sat) and two bedrooms, both equipped with individual air conditioning: a spacious double room with wardrobe and windows...

Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
