Villa Acebuche is a beautiful five bedroom, five bathroom villa for ten guests located in a perfect location, close just a short stroll (5 minutes) from the two pretty sandy beaches of Cala Esmeralda and Cala Gran and less than ten minutes to Cala D’Or Centre. Large and well kept lawned garden with tall palm trees and old pine trees provide a nice shade. The lovely salt water pool with roman steps, a large sun terrace with modern reclining sun beds and a sitting area -the ideal spot to relax and enjoy the long and sunny summery days.
Cala D’Or is a bustling resort which at its heart is fully pedestrianised offering a wide variety of restaurants, cafeterias, bars with live music, shops and boutiques. Its exclusive marina with superb restaurants where you can enjoy a stunning cuisine looking at the yachts is just 5 minutes drive (taxi) away. Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
