The Home
The Baur Suites, completely renovated in 2022 with designer furnishings, overlook the main square of Bardolino’s historic centre with its many shops, restaurants and ice-cream parlours. The lakefront and the harbour, where ferries depart for beautiful lake excursions, are only 100 metres away.
Suite Baur is divided into two units, a one-room flat located on the first floor and a two-room apartment located on the second floor, with the main entrance overlooking the pedestrian area of Bardolino’s square. Guests have a parking space in the underground garage for each flat located about 500 metres from the accommodation. Access to the garage, which is located on basement level -2, is through a steep spiral driveway. The garage measures 470 cm in length, 250 in width and 200 in height. Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
