Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
- Guests who book a home or villa that is located in the state of California may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 24-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 3 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.

- • Maximum Occupancy is 13 People (This Number is the Combined Total of Overnight Guests Plus Day Visitors)
- • Parking for 3 Vehicles in Our Driveway ONLY
- • NO Street Parking (NO RVs, Trailers, or Commercial Vehicles Allowed)
- • Minimum Stay of 3 nights
- • NO Outside Music of Any Kind Per City of Anaheim Code
- • NO Outside Noise Between 10 pm and 9 am Per City Code. You Must Be Inside During This Time.
- (These Quiet Hours Also Apply to Game Room in the Garage)
- • NO Cancellation Refunds Within 60 Days of Arrival (Travel Insurance Recommended)
- • NO Smoking Inside or Outside the Home
- • NO Adults on Upper Bunk Beds, Only Suitable for Children or Small Teens
- • No cancellation refunds within 60 days of arrival. We recommend you purchase travel insurance.
- • A Signed Contract, Guest List, ID Required for Booking
