This 4-bedroom, 4.5 bath home sits on a .82 acre lot offering privacy, yet the convenience and abundance of out the door activities, from winter ski access, to summer hiking and biking, with fall foliage and spring high country activity access. This Ski-In / Ski-Out property offers an ideal mountain home experience via its conveniently located steps from the Teddy’s Way ski run and just a quick drive to Town of Mt Village and the free gondola access to Town of Telluride as well as shops, restaurants and other activities.
Craftsman style construction, including stone and cedar siding, and steel accents add warmth to the timber frame construction. The 4000 square foot home includes an open floor plan on the living level, with cathedral ceilings throughout the great room and dining area. The fully equipped country style kitchen, provides an open counter and bar seating, all of which add to the living level room that spills out to an expansive deck with hot tub, dining space and gas grill, all providing amenities and generous space for relaxing with and entertaining your friends and family.
The upper level consists of the primary suite, with spacious closet, huge full bath with jet tub, double vanity, water closet and steam shower as well as a seating area with stone hearth and gas fireplace The comfy tempur-pedic king bed and a private office round out this fantastic suite.
Fine finishes and thoughtful touches throughout the home including pine cabinetry, wood and slate floors, forged steel railings. The ground level consists of the bunk room with private bath as well as one bay available in the two-car heated garage, and a comfortable ski room offers ample storage, a ski boot heater and the convenience of ski access just steps down the driveway.
The great room and all bedrooms are equipped with flat screen smart/wifi TV’s. Please note, this home does not have A/C - as is standard here in Telluride.
