Fresh remodel! This convenient two bedroom condominium is surrounded by the majestic peaks of Colorado’s San Juan Mountains with great views and super convenient access to all the activities. As you enter the residence it has an open floor plan with mountain views, allowing for welcoming conversations throughout the kitchen, dining and living area. The gas fireplace makes the living space warm and cozy. The kitchen is efficient and well equipped with a gas stove and oven and stainless steel appliances. Two guest bedrooms are located off the living area; the first guest bedroom has a queen bed and ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower and the second guest bedroom has a queen bed and a full bathroom outside the door with a step-in tub/shower. The washer and dryer are located conveniently between the bedrooms.
Skiing, hiking and biking trails are steps outside the door with easy access to all activities offered throughout Telluride and Mountain Village. Ski access is approximately 300 yards, a very short walk to The Meadows Ski Run located at the base of Chondola (Lift 1) and Sunshine Express (Lift 10).
Three FREE seasonal transportation services offered throughout Mountain Village, make getting around convenient and hassle-free for everyone without the worry of driving conditions, parking or choosing a designated driver. 1) Chondola “hybrid ski lift/gondola car” (winter only) for skiers or non-skiers which allows you to ride inside a gondola car to the heart of Mountain Village then you can decide to walk around or ride the Gondola down into the town of Telluride or take the Mountain Village Gondola to Town Hall Plaza showcasing Mountain Village Market , Coffee Shop or Town Hall. 2) Dial-A-Ride is a call away, and they will take you anywhere in Mountain Village. 3) Local Bus Shuttle Service stops at bus stop at the entrance of the Outlaws complex and stops at the Town Hall Plaza with additional stops throughout Mountain Village, all of which access the core of Mountain Village and the free Gondola to the Town of Telluride.
The garage is located on the ground level and has secure parking for one vehicle along with ample storage for ski and outdoor equipment. For reference, the unit is on the second floor, just above garage and is accessed by an open-air staircase. Please be aware that this condo does not have A/C - as is standard here in Telluride. This property allows a 2 vehicle max for all reservations.
