Located in the Northstar complex in the Meadows neighborhood of Mt Village. This freshly remodeled 3-bedroom 2 bath townhome is fully equipped and stocked with all the needs for a comfortable stay. It is well appointed and finished with many thoughtful feel at home touches and amenities. The ground level entrance spills into an open floor plan with a bright living and kitchen space, counter and bench seating provide a great space for conversation and dining. The living space opens up to a great outdoor space and patio with seating and grill, offering incredible views of the mountains, and of course a private hot tub.
Upper level consists of three bedrooms. The primary suite has a king bed and en-suite bath and a separate workspace/office with computer monitors. Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
