This townhome serves as the perfect basecamp for your adventures, as hiking/biking trails are located directly outside of your door and ski access is less than a 5 minute walk.
The ground level entrance spills into an open floor plan with a bright, modern living and kitchen space perfect for keeping the conversation going while the chef of the group whips up a homemade meal in the state-of-the-art kitchen. The living space opens up to an expansive outdoor space with patio seating and a gas grill, offering incredible views of the mountains and best of all - a private hot tub!
All 3 bedrooms and your private washer and dryer are located on the upper level. The primary suite has a new king-size bed, en-suite bathroom and a separate workspace/office with computer monitors. The secondary room also has a king bed and a shared bath. The third room is set up to be the perfect haven for kiddos, as it offers 2 twin bunk beds and sleeps 4. All rooms are outfitted with quality linens and amenities with thoughtful touches and furnishings throughout.
The heated garage offers parking for one vehicle inside and one directly outside, and is equipped with proper equipment storage and seating to gear up, as skiing, hiking and biking trails are steps outside the door with easy access to all activities offered throughout Telluride and Mountain Village. Ski access is approximately 300 yards, a very short walk to the base of the Chondola (Lift 1) and Sunshine Express (Lift 10).
Three FREE seasonal transportation services offered throughout Mountain Village, make getting around convenient and hassle-free for everyone without the worry of driving conditions, parking or choosing a designated driver. 1) Chondola (winter only) “hybrid ski lift/gondola car” for skiers or non-skiers which takes you to the heart of Mountain Village then you can decide to walk around or ride the Gondola down into the town of Telluride or take the Mountain Village Gondola to Town Hall Plaza showcasing Mountain Village Market. 2) Dial-A-Ride is a call away, and they will take you anywhere in Mountain Village. 3) Local Bus Shuttle Service stops at bus stop at the entrance of the Northstar complex and stops at the Town Hall Plaza with additional stops throughout Mountain Village, all of which access the core of Mountain Village and the free Gondola to the Town of Telluride.
A vehicle is not necessary at this location during winter, but four-wheel drive is highly recommended if you are driving. Please note this townhome does not have A/C; but with our mild summer temps, a little cross-breeze is all you need!
