This is a cosy retreat for 4, close to the centre of Elterwater, in the heart of the Langdale Valley
This is a delightful and well planned property right in the heart of Elterwater and the Langdale Valley.
Well furnished and equipped, this lovely little cottage has everything you need for a stay in the Lakes, with an open plan kitchen-diner-living space, with Smart TV and log burner, two double bedrooms (one with ensuite) and a separate bathroom.
There is parking for one car directly outside the property. If you have a second car there is a carpark in the village and you can find parking nearby in a few locations.
Guests have access to the whole house, with parking at the front of the property.
We are Property Manager Cottages, located in Elterwater. Our office is a small converted barn only 150m away, so we are on hand to help you during your stay with us.

Things To Know
Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- Smoking not allowed.
