A brand new villa, built in 2016, situated near the town of Agios Nikolaos. The house is located on a hillside that overlooks the Mirabello bay while is only 200m away from the “blue flag” awarded beach of Havania. This modern, luxurious villa has three bedrooms, a range of modern appliances, an infinity pool with a hydro massage, furnished outdoor areas, a small basketball court, a Finish sauna and gardens. It is a unique and stylish villa that will fulfill the expectations of even the most demanding guests. The villa lies on two floors. The entrance leads you to the upper level which overlooks the pool area and offers relaxing views of the sea. Here is an open plan area with a living room with a fireplace and comfortable corner sofa, a modern kitchen and a dining area for 8 guests. On this level there is also a WC and a storage room. On the ground level there are three bedrooms: The first room has a double bed, en suite bathroom with a shower enclosure and has access to the terrace and pool. The other two bedrooms – one double with access to the pool and one twin- share a bathroom with a shower. This floor also has a sofa bed which can accommodate one person, a laundry room, storage area with wardrobes and a Finish Sauna where you can pamper yourself, relax and relieve your body of the everyday life stress. The villa stands on a small hillside and has beautiful views of the sea. It features a 38sqm private pool with a hydro massage and waterfall and comfortable sun loungers ideal to enjoy the hot sun. A BBQ area with a modern pergola is also available next to an outdoor dining area where you can gather up with your family and friends and treat yourself with an alfresco diner. Around the house there is a well- kept garden with colorful flowers, bio vegetables, fruit and local plants while a small basketball training camp is available for those who want to work out or just have fun!
